Deposit

$55 deposit required for all single, Four pack and or daycare packages.

10% deposit required for a package of eight or twelve packages or board and trains.

All deposits are final.

Distance Charge

There is an upcharge for clients outside 25 miles of Blue Ash. This reflects the mileage, fuel, and time our trainers spend commuting to these locations. We appreciate your understanding on this matter!

Aggression Charge

Upon purchase of a training package, Client is entitled to one complimentary reschedule within 48 hours of their appointment. If the first reschedule is made within 48 hours, the complimentary reschedule is forfeited, and a fee of $50 will be charged. For subsequent reschedules, the fees are as follows: $60 for the second reschedule and $75 for the third reschedule. After the third reschedule, the training credit for that day will be deemed used, and no further reschedules will be permitted. The contract will be terminated, and the remaining credits will be forfeited. Additionally, if a session is rescheduled after the trainer has arrived at the client's location, or if the trainer shows up at the client's house, the credit for that session will be deemed waived. For clients residing outside of a 25-mile radius from the Trainer's office, there will be an additional mileage charge of $20 on top of the above-mentioned rescheduling fees. Trainer(s) may, at their discretion, waive rescheduling fees at any point.

Session Rescheduling Fee

Upon purchase of a training package, you are given one complimentary reschedule. After that we charge a $35 rescheduling fee for clients within 25 mile radius of blue ash. For clients outside 25 mile radius of the blue ash area, the rescheduling fee is $50. If a session is rescheduled after our trainer has already arrived at your location for training, the rescheduling fee will automatically be applied. All clients must give a 48hr notice of rescheduling otherwise there will be a charge.

Package Proximity

Upon purchase of a training package, each successive session must be done within 30 days of the last session. This is to the benefit of your dog’s learning experience. Spacing sessions too far apart can cause your dog to not associate each lesson with the last and not allow your dog to build on previous lessons.

Prices do not include credit card fees, interest if applicable, taxes or mileage depending on your option or product or service or state.
