At Perfected Canine, every dog has a story—and Big Izzy’s is one of our favorites.

Over three years ago, Izzy began his training journey with us. Like many dogs, he had some dog-aggression concerns that made socializing tough and everyday life more stressful. His owners reached out for help, and together we built a custom in-home training plan focused on building trust, setting boundaries, and improving communication.

As Izzy grew in confidence and understanding, he graduated into our structured daycare program—and the results speak for themselves! He’s now a regular in our play groups, forming strong bonds (especially with his best friend Stetson and his cousin Diamond), learning from our consistent routines, and continuing to thrive.

Izzy is a great example of how consistency, training, and structure can help even the most challenging behaviors improve. While he may not love every dog he meets (and that’s okay!), he’s now able to navigate the world with more confidence, safety, and joy.
