Where are your dog training services located?
Our primary training facility is located in Blue Ash, Ohio. We proudly serve clients throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. For our In-Home Private Training, our professional trainers travel directly to your home
Is there an extra charge if I live far away from your facility?
Yes, we apply a distance upcharge for clients residing outside a 25-mile radius of Blue Ash. This minor fee helps cover the mileage, fuel, and travel time our trainers spend commuting to your location to deliver quality on-site service.
What is a Board & Train program, and how does it work?
Our Board & Train program is an immersive, accelerated learning experience. Your dog stays at our facility and receives an hour of dedicated, professional training every single day. They also enjoy socialization, play time, and structured care, making it ideal for busy owners or dogs needing comprehensive behavioral overhauls.
How much does a Board & Train program cost?
We offer several package lengths depending on your dog's needs:
Two Weeks: $2,900 (Suggested minimum for puppy and basic adult levels)
Three Weeks: $3,450 (Great for basic and intermediate obedience)
Four Weeks: $4,100 (Our top-recommended package covering advanced commands, potential off-leash work, and lifetime touch-ups)
Do you offer lifetime touch-ups for your training programs?
Yes, lifetime touch-ups are exclusively included with the purchase of our Four-Week Board & Train package. These touch-ups cover the specific areas your dog successfully passed during their initial program. Please note that standard daily daycare or boarding fees still apply for the days you bring them back.
When should I start training my new puppy?
The moment you bring your puppy home, they are absorbing information and learning habits! We recommend starting early with our private Puppy Training to establish proper boundaries, housebreaking rules, and basic obedience right away.
What puppy training packages do you provide?
We provide multiple tiers for young dogs, which include Parenthood and Leash Walking DIY guides:
Introductory Single Session: $215.99 (with a 40% discount for each additional puppy)
Four-Session Puppy Package: $754.99 (Covers potty training, leash manners, sit, down, name recognition, and basic behavioral issues)
Eight-Session Intermediate Package: $1,565.99
Twelve-Session Advanced Package: $2,349.99
What behavioral issues can your in-home private training address?
Our personalized In-Home Private Training sessions are designed to tackle a wide variety of behavioral problems directly within your dog's everyday environment. We regularly assist owners with jumping, excessive barking, destructive chewing, leash pulling, reactivity, potty accidents, and boundary training.
Can you help with aggressive dogs?
Yes. We feature a specialized Aggression Rehabilitation Package priced at $999.99 for four sessions. This program provides highly tailored behavioral modifications specifically designed for severe cases. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service based on an initial safety assessment, and owners remain responsible for their dog's safety and medical liabilities.
Do you use e-collars or shock collars in your training?
We offer optional E-Collar Training that can be added to any package ($250 to purchase, $200 when added to a package, or short-term rental options starting at $60). E-collars introduce a mild discomfort to discourage unwanted behaviors but are completely safe and contain no medical side effects. While highly effective for certain stubborn behavioral cases, they are entirely optional and only utilized with owner consent.
Can I train my dog virtually if I have a busy schedule?
Absolutely. Our Virtual Video Sessions are perfect for busy owners or those who prefer to train privately from home. You can purchase an Individual Session for $150 or a Four-Session Bundle for $450, both of which include up to 1.5 hours of live video training and digital behavioral correction guides.
What are the rates and requirements for Doggy Daycare?
Our Doggy Daycare is a fully supervised, socially stimulating environment with a professional trainer on-site at all times.
Single Visit (Before Evaluation): $54.99
Single Visit (After Passing Evaluation): $32.99
16-Visit Package: $450 (Must be used within one month)
Unlimited Monthly Pass: $550
Note: Aggression testing ($200) is required for safety if a puppy exhibits severe aggressive tendencies.
How much does standard dog boarding cost?
Our standard Dog Boarding service is $45 per day, per dog for new clients. For our returning clients, we offer a discounted loyalty rate of $37.99 per day, per dog. Your companion will enjoy supervision, regular meals adhering to their routine, and multiple daily walks.
What is your reservation deposit policy?
To secure your booking, we require a final, non-refundable deposit upon scheduling:
A $55 deposit is required for all single sessions, four-packs, and daycare packages.
A 10% deposit is required for eight-pack packages, twelve-pack packages, and all Board & Train options.
What happens if I need to reschedule a training session?
Every purchased package includes one complimentary reschedule if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Subsequent reschedules within 48 hours, or after a trainer has arrived at your home, incur mandatory fees ($50 for the first, $60 for the second, $75 for the third). After a third reschedule, the training credit is forfeited and the contract may be terminated.
How quickly do I need to complete my training package sessions?
To maximize your dog’s learning experience and build consistency, each successive session must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of the previous lesson. Spacing appointments too far apart disrupts the retention of past commands.
What is your refund policy?
